Jun 2nd 2010!⃝It seems there are a few possible interpretations here - mostly about how we're stuck with what we've got (our lives personalities, etc) and we've got to deal with that - positively even. He's also saying we're all worth something, despite our 'bullshit hands' we're all beautiful. Pretty much whatever life throws at you, don't give up or change for anyone - like he did when he was a kid - trying to impress them by sticking his tongue to....a stop sign? I can't remember.
Secondly, he's shot up from a poor nobody with a fucked up life, to this amazing famous person with a million people kissing his ass - he can't trust or ever be on his own - and he wants us to understand that. Maybe that his life still isn't great, he wants us to 'feel [his] pain' and understand that everyone's got issues. His upbringing was clearly shit, but he knows he's got to get out of it - deal with what God gave him and appreciate it even.
Finally, he's clearly going through a pretty tough time, I know nothing about his life but he says he's 'so fucking depressed' and trying to get out of a slump. But he's trying you know? And knows that he isn't alone with problems, and that we should all 'be proud of who [we] are' and let the hater go fuck themselves.
