Em makes the song out to be like an election campaign, as the 2003 campaign was in process when he made this song. He starts out by introducing himself:
"I scrutinize every word, memorize every line
I spit it once, refuel, re-energize and rewind
I give sight to the blind, my insight through the mind
I exercise my right to express when I feel it's time..."

He then proceeds to rage about everything that is wrong with our leadership. He isn't just fed up with Bush. He is fed up with the government not hearing the people, and they are speaking. Everyone knows that our leaders are corrupt, biased, and do things sccording to their own personal agendas, not the will of the people. Everyone complains, argues, and gets fired up, yet nobody does a thing. We act as if there is nothing that can be done. Em recognizes the energy and raw power the youth shows in the mosh pits of concerts. He is appealing to the youth to channel this energy into political activism. Mosh outside the oval office if that is what it takes. We have brave soldiers fighting and dying for the Iraqi people. Why are we afraid of fighting for the greater good of our own nation?
