Jan 28th 2022!⃝I happened to hear this song randomly. I listened to half of it on Spotify. recently after almost 7 months, I'm listening to this again. Only this time did I get a clearer picture of this song in my mind.
It is about Someone who is like a guardian angel in your life. Your guard, or The one who you turn to when all the odds are against you and you feel like there's no hope for you. The lines, "When my world is falling apart when there's no light to break up the dark; that's when I... Look at you"; I can connect them to a recent breakdown phase of my life...I felt Everything was going against me and became too afraid of people, of what all could go wrong, of a lot or many many things.
Every time I cried there was nobody to console me but then there was this never-failing source of light that kept me safe through all those battles and still guides me always. God used to talk to me when I lent him my ears. That divine power lead me amidst all the darkness I fell into, to his path. Thank You God, for everything...It's always the darkest before the dawn..."And I know, I'm not alone..."
