Aug 10th 2019!⃝I feel like it is talking about like finally being in a relationship that he knows is going to last and that he (and other person) aren't going to be 'alone' (meaning being single) again. Could also be about getting together after breaking up tho, and knowing that it won't happen again and being ready to commit.
