Jul 5th 2011!⃝This song has a sad meaning. He is basically saying he misses her and he would write to her, if he could, cause he wishes to be with her again. He is also saying how things are not the same without her, and never will be. He is mentioning some of the things they might have done together "I'll miss your arms around me", "I'll watch the night turn light blue..." "takes two to whisper quietly". He is also saying how he hasn't been able to sleep lately, probly thinking of her. When he thinks of her, he proby feels her presense, or is with her spiritually, cause he doesnt feel so alone when he thinks of her. He might also be talking about how he'd forget about his life "and I'll forget the world that I knew" just to keep her in his memory "but I swear I won't forget you" and at the end, if he could go into the past he'd say "oh darling I wish you were here" with him, in the present time. <\3
