Some of these well preserved bodies have been coasted in plaster & can be seen Greece. This song is not however a literal recount of the tragedy. These lyrics could be used to describe anyone's fall from grace, for example, a disgraced public figure or Politician. Falling from grace is a common theme in some of the Banshees lyrics
