I believe that this song has two meanings that are very interconnected. The first meaning is obviously about the rich and powerful people (think like the Narcos series, as well as several drug kingpin/cartel leader Spanish telenovelas) that are involved in the drug trade that also end up using a lot of drugs, specifically, cocaine, as it was the addictive and harmful drug of choice in the 1980s, and the facade that these drug cartels/drug users had with pushing their product through lavish parties on boats, in mansions, hotels, etc., but, as the song goes forward, as we all know, living that sort of lifestyle does take a physical and mental toll upon people. The second meaning is also with the typical ways of the Hollywood/acting/corporate/religious/political/Luciferian globalist elite, which also ties into the first meaning, and that they show the world, just like the drug cartels/drug users show to people in the first meaning, a facade that is behind a mask to hide the brutal truth of their agenda and how said agenda also, like illicit, illegal, and/or harmful, drug usage, can take a physical and mental toll upon people.
